The conference is an open invitation to all of our existing participants and is a two day event with a blend of “how to” workshops and scientific sessions from experts in their fields. Meetings are approved for CPD by both the IBMS and RCPath.

No, you are welcome to attend as a day delegate on either / both days.

Cancellations:
If you have already paid for your place within your enrolment and we have received payment for this then we are unable to offer a refund, we can however in certain circumstances carry your place forward to the following year. If you have not paid within your Weqas enrolment then we can look into this for you, it will however depend on where we are in the financial process (e.g. if we have already invoiced you on receipt of a PO and this has been paid) then we would need to assess this on an individual basis depending on the reasons for the cancellation.
 
Please note, if we have already given final numbers to the hotel then cancellation will not be possible (final numbers are usually given to the hotel 6 weeks in advance of the conference).
 
Changes to registration:

If you have a package that includes accommodation, we will reserve a room under your name at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate. Check in is from 4:00pm the afternoon before your first night stay. Check out is before 12:00pm the afternoon after your last nights stay. Check in / out will need to be done at the hotels main reception.

We will not be offering a virtual option for this year’s conference. All presentations will be made available on the website https://www.weqas.com/resourcelibrary/ after the event. If you are interested in us organising a virtual event in the future, please email us on marketing@weqas.com.

These will be available to collect at the end of the conference when your completed feedback form is returned to the registration desk. Please ensure that you select which CPD certificate you require when registering for the conference.
