This website has been developed to provide you with useful information prior to attending and during the event. We offer a great programme, with a mix of old favourites such as the EQA interpretation workshops and some exciting “hot topics”.
The 2023 conference will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff Tuesday 12th & Wednesday 13th December. The conference this year will focus on Point of care testing and the future of diagnostics. With a blend of “how to” workshops and scientific sessions on “innovation and clinical pathway redesign” we hope you can join us for some exciting discussions. An updated programme is now available.
Scientific Lectures & Workshops
Our two day programme consists of a range of topical Scientific Lectures and interactive EQA Interpretation & Training Workshops.
We have developed an online conference portal for delegates, accessible via a QR code, as part of our commitment to reduce our paper use.
You can access the presentations, our Q&A section, and polling functions through the QR code printed on your delegate badges that will be provided on the day.
Networking at the event
Networking opportunities with Weqas staff, fellow attendees and IVD manufacturers will be available during break out sessions.
On the Tuesday evening, you can meet colleagues, network and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere during the gala dinner.
You can view the programme and presentations from past events on our ‘Previous Conferences’ page.
The 2022 conference was held in the Hilton London Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4. For more information and to access the 2022 presentations, click below.
